DescriptionFragment of alabaster statuette. Smooth and polished fragment of bare stomach with fine modeling of musculature and indented belly button. Sculpted edge breaks off where kilt or belt would begin.
ProvenanceFrom Giza. Between G 5230 and G 5110, debris in NW angle, on back. 1915 : excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
