On this upper portion of a relief, a flying Victory carries a palm branch and a wreath. Originally the scene contained an athlete somewhere below her, waiting to be crowned. Shows a winged female figure floating in the air in the upper portion of the relief. Above, a corded fillet and a row of elaborate honeysuckles.
