Warp of linen; ground of the wide stripes is of red wool, and of the narrow stripes (borders) of green wool; design of a female riding on a sea creature (nereid ), two human figures with raised hands and a standing female figure with a blown mantle (?) over her head with an animal on her left side. The borders enclose connected oval-shaped ornaments from which stem curved branches; the design is woven with yellow, green, red and violet brown wool and natural-colored linen. Design shows Byzantine influence. Torn in the middle.
