Warp of linen; ground of natural-colored linen, design of vine leaves woven in brown wool inside a roundel framed by a border filled with interlaced bands. The outer frame consists pointed motifs and circles. A small yellow disc is in the center of the composition. Details are executed with a flying shuttle. Variations of the interlaced motifs occur in Late Roman and Early Christian art.
