Warp: cotton, S-spun. Weft: wool, S-spun. Design of diagonal rows of interlocking brown and cream fret motif separated by stepped pink areas woven in slit tapestry forming tabs or fringe of tunic lower edge. Horizontal rows of pink and red geometric design separated by band of brown and cream interlocking pattern suggesting birds’ heads.
