Fragment of robe (kosode?) with design of a billowing curtains in blue, brown and tan with dot pattern created by the tie-dye process (kanoko shibori) and accented with couched gold metallic thread on a white silk damask ground with woven interlocking key pattern (sayagata). Mounted on a panel.
