DescriptionThe design of separate heart-shaped petals is of tapestry, and is woven with red and pink wool and linen. The narrow band on one edge has a dark blue woolen ground and a design of natural-colored linen consisting of repeated triangular motifs formed by small lines, woven into a piece of natural-colored linen. Design shows Byzantine influence.
