DescriptionUndyed linen tabby-woven ground with an inwoven tapestry design of a lozenge enclosing four vine leaves and four discs between them; a small lozenge from which stem the leaves is in the center of the design; an undulating branch with stylized leaves on both sides extend from two opposite corners of the lozenge. The design is woven with dark violet wool and the details are defined by eccentric linen wefts.. Holes, frayed edges.
