DescriptionIrregularly shaped piece. Red ground with parts of two diagonal bands forming a triangular motif and framing half a roundel. The bands and the roundel contain geomentric motifs; design is woven in red, yellow, orange, green and blue wool and undyed linen weft. The border of the diagonal bands is woven in blue and contains small disc motifs. Mounted on tabby-woven undyed linen. Probably part of 55.1078.
