Fragment. Irregularly hexagonal fragment. Warp of alternately single and paired linen threads. Woolen wefts. Design shows eagle with light and dark green neck, wings, legs and tail; body and upper portion of wings patterned with violet diamonds containing ochre diamonds on a light violet ground, bordered by pink and ochre lines; top of head, bill and claws are pink. Brick red ground. Holes and wear, particularly in area of body and wing at right.
