Warp of linen, with inwoven two bands of plum colored wool; tracery designs of natural colored linen; woven into a piece of natural colored linen fabric. Design of the stripes consists of interconnected and overlapping motifs, which resemble motifs in late Roman and Early Christian mosaics. The parallel stripes suggest that this is a sleeve band.
