DescriptionThe stone is wavy-lined and fine-grained. The rim is inverted. Handles are modeled on the shoulders. It is broken into four fragments. It is broken and mended. Fragments are missing.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Menkaura (Mycerinus) Valley Temple, Giza. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
