Ground: originally woven with flat strips of silver weft (possibly gilded) now worn so that orange warp is loose; another orange warp is used to tie the silk pattern wefts. Design: three figures repeated, a man without a high conical hat or turban, seated on a small rug with food before him, a man with similar hat seated on a chair, a hawk on his left wrist, and a standing attendant, in the spaces between roses, and dishes of fruit, woven with pink, light pink, green, neutral yellow, blue, light blue, cream and brown silk.
