Obverse: Seated figure of Frederick II at center, crowned and holding a sceptre in his right hand and an orb in his left hand; inscribed in gothic style script at edge “MCCLDCML” and “VII’CENTERARIOMORTE’FEDERICO IIO” and in cursive script under feet “C. Porgi”.
Reverse: Reclining figure with lyre over cityscape; inscribed in gothicesque script at edge “OCOMITATO’ONORANZE’PATRONATO’REGIONE’SCILIANA”.
