DescriptionGirdle. Ground half white, half dark violet. Conventionalized cone and sprig motif, repeated in staggered rows, woven wtih ornage, pink, blue, green, white and black cottons. Touches of orange silk near center. Two bands of gold or gold and black ornament near end on white ground. Long fringes at each end. Selvedge along one side; opposire side cut. Reverse coated with stiff wax-like substance.
