Child’s dress of taffeta with small all over chiné print of roses, dress with high round neck fastened down back with metal buttons, long straight sleeves, low waisted, panel down center front of dark red silk twill shirred, broad sash of same red twill with large bow in back around low waist line, sleeves finished with self-pleated ruffles, skirt formed of three tiers of same pleats, lines of fan shaped small pleated ornaments of chiné material around top of skirt, top of cuffs, and flanking center panel of bodice.
