This small shouldered globular jar is fashioned of a buff-colored clay. The body has subtle high shoulders and narrows to a small rounded base. It has a very short neck and a wide worked rim.
From Kerma, Cemetery N, grave 165. 1916: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of the Sudan.
