This medium ovoid jar has a rounded base, a gradual neck, and an outwardly pulled unworked rim. The exterior has been treated with a red wash and burnished.

Provenance

From Kerma, Cemetery B, grave 10. 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of the Sudan.
