DescriptionThis (almost squat) jar has a globular body with a short, slightly concave neck. It is fashioned of a light buff-colored marl fabric.
ProvenanceFrom Dakka (ASN 101/520). 1910. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
