This almost spherical globular jar is broken off at the top of the body, so no indications of the original neck and rim remain. Three concentric brown lines have been painted around the upper body.

Provenance

From Qurta (ASN122/124). 1911. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
