DescriptionGlobular ovoid jar with modeled rim, pointed base, and cream slip covering the exterior surface: complete. The vessel was handmade to the shoulder, probably using the coiling technique. The exterior was well smoothed after shaping, though some deep diagonal smoothing marks were left. The shoulder and rim were manufactured on the slow wheel or similar turning device.
