DescriptionNatural, fine, tabby-woven cotton ground, painted with polychrome ornament. Shows a mihrab surmounted by onion-shaped finials and filled with an all-over pattern of floral sprigs. Several concentric bands of elaborate floral ornament surround this; at base, wide band showing floral vine. Lined with floral printed cotton; light blue satin border. Soiled and stained.
