Head of what is probably a depiction of a mentall ill or deformed individual, with hair as if brushed back in a wet mass from the forehead; on cheeks and chin a scraggy beard; traces of red behind the right ear. Likely part of the coroplastic repetoire of Smyrna which depicted various illnesses and deformities in sculpture.
