Triangular piece of finely woven cotton. Floral and linear motifs and initials MF embroidered with coarse black silk yarns in the right angle. In center of long side, a roughly semicircular area of floral motifs embroidered with coarse black silk and white cotton yarns; this area lined with coarse linen cloth (stitches pass through). End points squared off; a small cord loop on each. Cotton browned and stained. Black yarns faded to brown.
