Triangular white linen. Sewed to one side is a piece of blue silk which is embroidered with a design of geometrical and conventional floral forms worked with white and black silk. On the edge of this is a deep flounce of two pieces of white lace sewed together. The threads of the mesh are used to form the conventional floral pattern, which is outlined with a heavy linen thread. On each end of the lace is a piece of blue silk embroidered with black. One point has similar embroidery and the letters V S.
