Scarabs and scaraboids

Black steatite. On the back of the scarab, in the middle of the prothorax, a moon disc on a crescent is depicted, flanked by two wedjat eyes. The left elythron shows Osiris; the right elythron shows the falcon-headed god Re, who wears a uraeus sun disk on his head. On his knees is an ankh symbol. Both gods are seated on a mat. On the base, Osiris facing left, is standing between the goddess Maat on the left and the falcon-headed god Re on the right. Both gods are seated on a djed pillar.
