Figure of Woodward on a flat, square base with corners canted and cross-hatched to simulate parquetry. He wears a wide, deep tricorn hat. Puce coat has wide pink collars and cuffs. His knee britches are brownish-red color, and he wears white stockings and black shoes with square gold buckles.
