DescriptionOne of four openwork repoussé roundels with four pinholes. Triangular enameled, heraldic shields are attached with three pins. Roundels: repoussé, engraved, chased, and cut out. Shields: champlevé, enameled, and gilded. Enamel colors are red and black in single fields. The basilisks in openwork with twisted heads biting their necks and long flowering tails surround a central gilded shield showing a red rampant lion with black claws, tongue, and eye. Three ajoure modeled dragons fill spaces in circle (four holes for fastening) left by shield of red rampant lion of Castille with black claws.
