Red leather covers with gold and blue. Arms of Clement XIV. Printed in Rome 1771 by Casaletti.


Dressed in a custom binding that features the coat of arms of Pope Clement XIV, this book commemorates a costumed pageant staged in Rome on April 21, 1771. The event celebrated the various qualities of the fine arts, and was organized by the Academy of Saint Luke (the patron saint of painters).
