India mull sleeveless coat, cut with straight fronts, and pleats hanging from waist in the back, front and bottom embroidered with scallops and flowering vine, in satin stitch and drawn work, similar flowers and scallops edge arm holes. Worked by Mrs. Sophia Lyle Abbot, great-grandmother of the donor.
