The small scale design of interlacing ribbons and flowers belongs to the type called “droguet”. Woven with reddish orange and black silk and thin strips of gilt. Edged with gilt bobbin lace. Part of a christening set bought by the donor with 26.172 a and b in the Engadine about 1890.
