DescriptionMade of two pieces put together with band of bobbin lace running from center front of forehead to center back of neck, narrow Valenciennes ruffle around edges, background of muslin embroidered with eyelets, design of two scrolling stems bearing minute oval leaves, embroidered with white cotton on each side of cap, border design of minute oval leaves flanking straight stem.
