Embroidered with white linen thread in diagonal lines of quatrefoils and rosettes of more than one type, forehead band embroidered in repeat of straight stem bearing single blossom, berries, and leaves, small round cap crown of bobbin lace, lined with pale yellow lutestring; several brown stains; two drawstrings on forehead band and drawstring in back.
