Fine white muslin. The design of flowers, scrolls, and a powder of small leaves, is worked with white cotton, and with drawn work, laid work and eyelet work. The edge of the back apparently is scalloped. Trimmed with a fine white bobbin lace and loops of white satin ribbon. Worn by Franklin Marland Darracott, at his christening at St. Paul’s Church, in Boston, 1854.
