Fine white cotton. front panel in waist, trimming around neck, on sleeves, and around belt, worked with white cotton and satin stitch, eyelets, drawn-work and needlepoint stitches; around bottom, leaves filled with eyelets and outlined with buttonhole stitch, joined by scallops. Skirt trimmed with rows od tucks. Stained.
