DescriptionCircular medal of Pope Innocent X (Pope 1644-1655), commemorating the the completion of the Piazza Navona and showing Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers. Beaded rim on both faces.

Obverse: Profile bust of Innocent X looking to proper left, wearing three-tiered tiara; inscribed at edge "INNOCEN·X PONT·MAX·A·VII·" and on bust "·G M·".

Reverse: View of Piazza Navona with Fountain of Four Rivers at center, consisting of an obelisk and sculpture, and papal residence at proper left; inscribed above "ABLVTOAQVA VIRGINE" and below "AGONALIVM GRVORE".
