DescriptionTwenty pieced, carved and gilded ivory sticks. Traces of coloring. One guard and one blade broken. Face of leaf paper, painted with landscape and group of six figures on a terrace. Reverse of leaf-kid painted with landscape and group of six figures on a terrace. Reverse of leaf--kid painted with landscape. Used by Mrs. Gardner Brewer when young. Gilt swivel. Guards have mother of pearl strips set in ends.
