Woolen cloth woven with black and white stripes. On each side are woven stripes of red, white, and yellow wool and dark blue cotton. The upper part of the sleeves is of black and white wool, the lower part of blue, red, yellow, and black cotton. The standing collar is of blue broadcloth. The arm holes and collar are trimmed with a narrow blue braid. One side has been cut.
