Inscription

MARKS: on the underside of the tankard, maker's mark FW in a shaped shield (Grimwade 731); lion passant; leopard's head crowned; date letter o (1749/50).
SCRATCHES: engraved on the underside of the tankard, weight "31=18" scratched out, "30=16" below; inventory number engraved twice "C212".
