Tsuji banzuke for the kabuki dramas “Hitotsu kane kisaki no hanakago”, “Monogusa Tarô”, “Asagao nikki”, “Ichinotani futaba gunki”, and the Tokiwazu-style “shosagoto” or dance drama “Shôchikubai nagori no shimadai”. These were staged at the Ichimura Theater (Edo) from the 3rd day of the 6th lunar month of Kaei 4 (1851). Published by Fukuchi Mohei and Yamamoto Jûgorô.

[1] Much of Bigelow's collection of Asian art was formed during his residence in Japan between 1882 and 1889, although he also made acquisitions in Europe and the United States. Bigelow deposited many of these objects at the MFA in 1890 before donating them to the Museum's collection at later dates.
