Tsuji banzuke for the kabuki drama "Hana butai banjaku soga" that was staged at the Nakamura Theater (Edo) from the 28th day of the 2nd lunar month of Ansei 2 (1855). The day's program also included two Jôruri pieces: "Kantan makura monogurui" that was performed with Tomimoto-style musical accompaniment; and "Iro masu hana sumida no kanegoto" that was performed in the Tokiwazu-style.

[1] Much of Bigelow's collection of Asian art was formed during his residence in Japan between 1882 and 1889, although he also made acquisitions in Europe and the United States. Bigelow deposited many of these objects at the MFA in 1890 before donating them to the Museum's collection at later dates.
