DescriptionThe steatite has a green glaze. The base is flat and footed, and the rim is flattened and everted. There is no lid. Pieces are missing from the rim.
ProvenanceFrom Zawyet el-Aryan, Grave Z 50. 1910-11: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
