DescriptionIt is made of dark gray marble. The base is flat and footed, and the rim is flattened and everted. The surface is scratched. The disc lid is a seperate piece. The rim and the lid are chipped. Otherwise, it is complete.
ProvenanceFrom Naga el-Deir, grave N 12/30. 1912: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
