The head of thsi ivory kohl stick is decorated with three parallel, incised lines filled with black. The point end is broken off and missing, but the stick is otherwise intact. A small brownish incrustation is present on the head.

From Mesaid [Mesa'eed] tomb 986 [M/986]. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
