Leaf of point d’Angleterre bobbin lace. Design of man with horn and dog, woman with branch and dog on leash, vegetative and decorative motifs to sides. Sixteen carved and pierced ivory sticks; classic medallion with nude figures on blades, chinoiserie motifs surround; deep carved man (obverse) and woman (reverse), musical instruments and birds on guards. Yellow (obverse) and red (reverse) paste studs in rivet.
