Length of imported (English) plain-weave cotton with cream ground and printed design of large, central medallion composed of floral motifs, with similar medallion quarters in each of the four corners of the central field; the remainder of the central field is covered repeating rows of boteh motifs; on the sides are wide bands of stripes arranged in a herringbone design and decorated with narrow vines; across each end is a deep border with row of large boteh motifs; on the ends and sides are narrower borders, also of boteh motifs. The colors of the design are light tan color, red, bright blue and white. The piece is constructed of two lengths stitched together.
