Length of silk from a Noh theater robe (karaori) with design of Genji wheels, chrysanthemum, peony and weeping cherry blossoms in blue, green, pink, purple, orange, yellow, black and white silk and gilt paper strip discontinuous supplementary patterning wefts on a white twill-weave silk ground.
