The ground is of deep yellow satin. The design of a knotted line broken by rosette-like flowers and enclosing oval forms pointed at the ends and detailed with a leaf, rosette-like flowers, and a symmetrical, conventional bunch of carnations and tulips is woven with yellow and white silk and deep pink. The white silk is sparsely wound with silver. The pile is of pink silk. The yellow silk was probably covered with silver gilt.
