Obverse: Profile bust of Leo XIII looking to proper right; inscribed at edge “LEONE XIII PONT.MASS.” and under bust “ROMA”.

Reverse: Figure standing on an orb in the clouds with twelve stars behind head; inscribed at edge “.REGINA SINE LABE ORIGINALI CONCEPTA.ORA PRO NOBIS”.
