Obverse: Profile bust of Leo XIII looking to proper right; inscribed at edge “LEO·XIII·PONT MAX·ANNO·V·” and under bust “P.BIANCHI”.
Revesre: Two men, one monk with a cross, one nun with a branch, and one lamb all kneel in the clouds above the dome of Saint Peter’s, before a dove; inscribed at edge “CAELITVM·SANCTORVM HONORES·DECRETI” and in exergue “A·MDCCCLXXXII” with “M” through “I” overscored.
Obverse: Inscribed at edge "LEO·XIII·PONT MAX·ANNO·V·" and under bust "P.BIANCHI".
